1. What are personal data

These are provided according to fundamental human rights, Art. 8, Para. 1 “The Book of Fundamental Rights of the European Union” and Art. 16. Para. 1 of the “Treaty on the functioning of the European Union.”

According to Article 4 – Definitions. Personal data means any information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly. In particular, by reference to an identification element (name, an identity number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more specific features specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural, or social identity, etc.)

2. Your rights as a user

According to the legislation, your data can only be used with your consent and under your chosen conditions. Except for a legal investigation following European Union law, personal data is required.

People who manage the data and those who process them are penalized according to the legislation.

As a user, you have the right to:

  • access to your personal data (by request, you can find out which data are kept by the site, how they are processed, where, and for what purpose.)
  • modification of the terms of use of personal data.
  • deleting your data from this site
  • data porting (you have the right to request the data in a predetermined format to send it to another data processor) – this is only valid for social media companies, banks, or other public institutions

 

Your consent can only be received by checking the conditions under which your blog data can be used in a form on this blog.

3. What information does the blog collect?

We collect names, emails, and data related to the interaction with the blog (which articles you viewed and the time you spent on the blog). These data are protected by European Union law, according to which these data are confidential and can only be used with the user’s consent for the purposes for which he issued the electronic approval.

4. How do we use the data?

We use this data only with your permission to improve this blog’s online experience and keep you informed of new articles.

www.andreea.design will respect the right to privacy. We will never use your contact details or the information you send us for purposes other than their purpose, and we will never share them with third parties or companies.

5. Who has access to this data?

www.andreea.design and data-use collaborators (Mailerlite and Google Analytics) are the only recipients of the information collected from this site. We will not sell, offer or rent this information to third parties or companies in any form unless requested by the authorities of the Romanian state by judicial mandate.

6. The contact form

To contact us, the user must fill out a contact form to provide certain information (name and email address). This information is used only to contact the user regarding possible questions or suggestions for the site.

7. Newsletter

The user can subscribe/unsubscribe to/from the newsletter. Any changes to the information regarding www.andreea.design will be presented on this site. If the user wishes to receive the blog newsletter, we will ask for information such as name and email address.

8. Security

This site takes all precautions to protect user information. When users provide personal information through the site, this information is protected both online and offline.

9. Notice of changes

If we change our policy, we will post these changes on our main page so that our users are always informed about the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we make it public. If we decide to use personal information for purposes or methods other than those presented when they were registered, we will notify the users through an email. Users can agree or disagree with the use of information for other purposes. We will use the data following the policy under which the information was collected.

10. Deleting personal information from our database

Users can decide to ask us to delete their personal information from our database. For this, an email to www.andreea.design with the subject “delete personal data” is required. The user will be notified by email that the data has been deleted.
